When does Celebrity load tours for future cruises?

I would like to look at possible shore excursions and also be able to book specialty restaurant reservations. Does anyone know how far out Celebrity loads this information into individual reservations? We are sailing on the October 17, 2010 Eastern Caribbean aboard the Solstice. Thank you to all that may know the answer to my question and post the information.
