My First Trans Atlantic, First RCCL

Most of my cruising has been with Princess and NCL. I did one with Cunard and one on the Celebrity Horizon and one with the Disney Magic with grandkids. Hopefully DW and I will be on the Brilliance out of Miami on 4/29 for 13 nights trans atlantic to Barcelona.

So why did I choose RCCL.

1. The ship, almost all great reviews

2. The price, great for a repo and of course the date.

3. Something I had never done before 6 straight days at sea;. a little scary.

4. The type of passengers, Now this sounds snobbish but I'm a mellow guy and I assume that the passengers will be cruise veterans with common interests. No criticism of family cruising intended. I love ya all

5. The itinerary.Hopefully warmer out of Miami then NYC for at least two or three days.

My expectations are for the dining to be as good as on the other lines I have been on, the entertainment level at least as good, and establishing a camaraderie with the other guests.

God willing next year we will take Celebrity in South America.

Do I have this figured right?:)
