Apart from the engine trouble and the 2 cancellations i had a good time.

The food,my steward and the staff were excellent, but the pursers deck needs some really good maintenance.

They should provide a ticket machine that spits out your number.

Seating provided while you wait.

While talking about this purser problem with some one,i said that probably dont happen normally, she replied that it had happened to her on a normal cruise.

It was my first ever cruise,so i have put it down to a learning experience.

I will be going on another cruise.

Best wishes maryjo62.

Hi Maryjo

It sounds like you have the perfect attitude for cruising. Things do go wrong and your attitude can make them as big or as little a thing as you want. I am glad this has not put you off cruising.

Hi Maryjo,

Glad to hear you enjoyed your first cruise. Any holiday or experience is always what you make it :)

The trick with the Pursers desk is to take note of the times it is quiet and go then.

If you ever have an urgent matter, ring them from your cabin if there is a big queue. ;)
