Amedee Island and Week Fantastique?

Can someone tell me if the Amedee Island tour is available on the Week Fantastique cruise onboard the Pacific Dawn from Brisbane?

We are booked for that cruise in June this year and Amedee Island is NOT on the list of shore excursions. I'd say that is because we arrive in Noumea at 3pm. If you were there for a whole day it would probably be included.
