Celebrity w/ 3 yr old - excursion help!

Just booked the Solstice 5/16 going Eastern. Really wanted to do the Turtle Cove excursion in St. Thomas but Celeb's excursion has minimum age of 4 yrs old. Took DD last year on Carnival to Jamaice and Grand Cayman and she climbed Dunn's river with us at the age of 2! And had a blsat in Sting ray City too. Any suggestions where we can maybe book the excursion elsewhere with her? That's what we did for ocho Rios last year, but I can't find the site! Please help! Any other advice would be appreciated too!
