Kamanu Catamaran Dolphin Sail and Snorkel

Looking for some information on this NCL excursion in Kona from anyone who has tried it. I see from their web site that the boat holds 24 people. Is there any shaded sitting area - or is it all in the open? I really wanted to do the Four Winds (bigger boat with inside seating) and go to K Bay/Cook Monument, but everyone else in my group is going on this NCL sponsered tour. One of my group said they called NCL, and asked if it went to K Bay/Cook Monument, and they were told yes. I don't think this is true - I beleive it goes to Pawai Bay for the snorkeling, but would like to hear from anyone who has taken this tour as to where the snorkel is at. Thanks for any help you can provide.
