Boat Tour to Arches in Cabo w/ 3 year old child

I want to go see the arches in Cabo. From reading the boards I have come to the conclusion that I can't take a water taxi because I have a 3 year old child. I know there are glass bottom boats. Is there any other kind of "boat" I can take. Anyone have any suggestions on how to make reservations with them? Can I just show up at the port and find a company to take us. Thanks for the info.
