question on room

We have booked 2 inside cabins and recieved 1 package from Carnival. Recieved 1 cabin 1170 and it is right over the Casino. Has anyone ever stayed in this room and is it noise? Another question is, We booked rooms and were told they are guaranted and would not recieve our rooms till we boarded. Now we get one room already and did not the other. So whats up with this? This is for a 3-1-05 sailing on The Spirit to Mexico. Just a little confused. Could anyone help out? Janet

Yes, this sounds a bit confusing. Did you book both cabins at the same time in the same name, and the docs were to be sent to one person?

 

Also, I don't know how you rec'd a cabin number if you booked a gty. You don't usually know until you board the ship which cabin you are assigned to. You have your docs already? If so, and only one cabin - I'd be on the phone ASAP to your booking agent for an explanation.

Did you book directly with Carnival, a local agent or an online agency? Do you have booking numbers for both cabins?
