Internet Cafes - Juneau, Skagway, Ketchican

Google: "Internet Cafe Juneau" and see what businesses come up. Many coffee shops or pastry shops will have internet access. Just pull up the business phone number and call. You'd be surprised how quickly you can find cost, directions, walking time, etc.

Just search on this forum for internet cafe. It has been discussed ad nauseum in the past!

Are there any internet cafes in Juneau, Skagway and Ketchican? I will be leaving a little one at home and want to be able to check for emails.

 

I used my handy-dandy iphone app "Wi-Fi Finder" and these are the free wi-fi spots in:

 

Juneau

McDonalds - 2225 Trout St

Aspen Hotel - 1800 Shell Simmons Dr

Juneau Public Library - Mendenhall Mall Rd

 

Skagway

Ferry teminal - Broadway

Seaport Cyber - 5th Ave

Skagway Bazaar - 6th and Broadway St

Garden City RV - Skate St 1999

 

Ketchikan

Salmon Landing Market - #5 Salmon Landing

Cape Fox Lodge - 800 Venetia Ave

McDonalds - 2417 Tongass Ave

Best Western - 3434 Tongass Ave

Most of the ships have an Internet Cafe on board with wireless access available. You have to purchase one of their packages to use it but at least you will have internet access on sea days.
