I need someone to provide a private charter Gibbs Cay tour he had that included snorkle, lunch, stringray tour for about 30 adults that Cecil provided a few years ago.

Keeping fingers crossed that he will still do that or I can find another company that can without the typical "we only do the ships tours" kind of reply.
