Tour guide no show! Royal Caribbean Mini Boat excursion

On April 30, my boyfriend and I were booked on a mini boat excursion through Royal Caribbean. The tour guide never showed up so I would recommend not booking this excursion. It was a holiday in St. Thomas that day; however, the tour guide should have indicated this tour was not available that day if he or she was not planning to do it on the holiday. The Royal Caribbean employee managing the excursions was very helpful about giving us a refund, but I wouldn't want to take a chance with an unreliable company because it is difficult to find another excursion at the last minute.
