Basil-Spice of the Island Tour?-St. Kitts

Anyone heard of him? My parents toured with him last year and said he was great! They just got off the ship and walked up to him. They had a full day tour for $20pp! Great price and they loved it. Anyone heard of him or is he just a walk up tour?
