Independence - Formal / Smart Casual Nights

Just a query for anyone just returned from the Italian Med Cruise - how many Formal / Smart Casual / Casual nights did you actually have ? On previous cruises what it has said in the the ticket booklet has not been what we have found on board - this time it says 3 Formal, 2 Smart Casual & 9 Casual - which is quite annoying when trying to pack. Also who were the headline acts / what films are showing on board. Thanks.

There was 3 formal, 2 smart casual and the rest were all casual.

I tried a search and it is very frustrating, so thought I would just ask...We are on the Independence for the 14 night Italian July 10. What nights exactly are the formal nights? The sea days?
