Kiwi_cruiser Posted June 2, 2010 Author #2 Share Posted June 2, 2010 The locals sell their things in here: Which way to go? To Notre Dame de Lourdes (Church) or Baie de JINEK: Baie de JINEK: The rickety steps :p (When we where their in July 2009, the steps had a bit of a lean to them (I think it was to the left coming down), I would suggest taking it slow and they are slippery.) Jillybean:) All the photos from the island and underwater photos were taken with a FujiFilm FinePix A820 Digital camera with a underwater housing (& we had the underwater housing on for the whole time we where at Lifou). Gold Coast Cruisers Posted September 5, 2010 #18 Share Posted September 5, 2010 We are from the US and we are doing this cruise in Sept. 2011...did you bring your own snorkle equipment?? Or rent on the island? You will need your own snorkle equipment, however some cruise ships do have hire facilities available, so it depends on which cruise line you are booked on. There are no hire facilities available on the Islands to my knowledge. Hope that helps. RoyBoy :)
