First Weigh-In For February!

Well, I have only been on my diet for a week so far and I am down 6 pounds. I know that sounds really good, but when your starting point is 216 there is still a long way to go.

 

I am just excited about the jump start, I know those no lose or gain a little weeks are not that far away. But for now, I will enjoy the joy of making a good start.

 

Keep up the good work everyone! WE CAN DROP THESE POUNDS TOGETHER! (Gee that 2,1,6 number up there is scary. I will be glad when I am back un 200.)
