Amsterdam - What ship-board activities do they have?

Just finished booking our first HAL cruise for next month on the 14 day Amsterdam Alaskan Adventure! Very excited!

 

We've sailed on Princess and Carnival before, so we're used to the daily list of activities such as Bingo, dance lessons, Newlywed game, etc.

 

Does HAL have a daily list of all shipboard activities as well? What sort of activities should we expect to see? If anyone has copies of recent activity sheets, I'd love to see a copy. I don't even know what HAL calls theirs.

 

I'm really looking forward to this cruise and would love to hear what kind of activities will be available to us.
