Cable Beach questions

We are thinking of going to Cable beach on our July cruise. Do they rent snorkeling equipment? How is the snorkeling? Do they have places to change and places to eat?

The Radisson had an outdoor restaurant and bar. They also had a bathroom. I didn't see a changing/shower room though. I think the Wyndham also had these things, but we didn't spend much time there, so I didn't see anything.

 

As far as snorkeling, we were approached by a vendor who wanted to take us snorkeling. We declined as we really just wanted to sit on the beach for awhile. I didn't see anywhere else to do snorkeling.
