Port times in the Southern Caribbean

Recommended Posts

I wondered if anyone could verify if the port times in San Juan, Barbados, St. Lucia, St. Croix, St. Martin, and Antigua are the same as EST. I thought when I checked a while back that these islands don't use daylight savings time, so for the summer months EST and island time are the same. I saw on another thread where someone mentioned that St. Martin is 1 hour different.

Any help would be appreciated!

Actually, the time in all those places is the same as EDT not EST. They are all on Atlantic Standard Time all year, so when the Eastern US is on Daylight Savings Time (EDT) the time in those islands will be the same.
