Can you see that you have an on-board credit before your cruise, and how long does it take for them to add it to your account. I just mailed 3 different cruise bucks gift certificated for my mom and dad via certified mail today. I was wondering when to tell them to start looking for the credit to show up on the website.

If you are paid in full and can view your documents, go to page 6 and look on the far right of the page - you will see your OBC there.

 

As far as how long it takes them to post it --- that's really up to them. I've had them add OBC as soon as 2 days, and this last time it took them 2 months after getting my confirmation email. I just kept looking everyday and it eventually showed.
