Belize with 3-year-olds

Hi, we will be traveling to Belize on Carnival Dream in September with our three-year-old twin boys. They are awesome swimmers (have been swimming independently since before they were 2), very outgoing and wild (typical boys). We live in Florida and they get bored with the beach after a short time. Any suggestions on excursions for them? We were thinking about cave tubing or ziplining, but it seems like they are below the age requirement for those activities.
