Babysitting onboard MSC ships?

The website is not saying much, and I've seen a few mentions of it when I google "MSC", but has anyone got a definitive answer about babysitting?

We have a 5 year old and a 1 year old. It's not like we want to plunk them in all day and night, but to have a few hours in a late evening would be fantastic.

We are normally Carnival cruisers and have had no issues with this so far, but found that Costa has no provision for under 3's and we are wondering if MSC is the same.

It's more of an itinerary thing for us - we'd prefer to stick with Carnival or RCL, but we're looking at other options to try to get a good fit.

Anyone out there that can help fill me in?

Thanks :)
