Current Diamond/Diamond + Balcony Discounts ??

I have searched for some time and have been unable to find the current Diamond/Diamond Plus balcony discounts. Some information on the C&A section of the Royal Caribbean site seems to indicate that there was a special offer for the month of June, that would be expired now.

 

Also, am I correct in assuming that I can combine a new NextCruise certificate (from last week's sailing) with the balcony discount?
