Need Carnival Fantasy ship model for parent's anniversary present!

Ok, first of all, a rant. I have contacted Carnival numerous times trying to get someone to help me with this, and no one will. The Carnival Fantasy was my parent's first ever cruise, and they didn't buy a ship's model when they were on the ship, and now they have a model from every ship but that one. I know it sounds silly, but it's kind of their thing and this year happens to be their 45th wedding anniversary, and I want to get them one of the models as a present, but I can't find one anywhere.

 

I have searched high and low, and even payed $60 for one on Ebay that turned out to be severely damaged when it arrived and was unsuitable to be given as a present. Now I'm desperate, does anyone know where I could find an undamaged one? Or even how to get in contact with someone at Carnival who WOULD be willing to help me? Their party is in two weeks!
