Has Anyone Actually Been Given/Seen a $100 Drink Card?

We were on the EB Noordam in May and we had 2 $100 drink cards waiting for us in the cabin. They were good for anything at the bars. They couldn't be used at special events setups where there was no computer. We had to work hard to drink them dry. We found HALs drink prices very reasonable. A Crown Royal and soda went for $5.45 on the ship. It is usually a dollar or two more on most ships. This was our first trip back on HAL in 8 years and the food and service really delivered. We plan on booking HAL again in the future.

How did you get this drink card was it a gift..

Thanks for the answers.

We got the drink cards as part of our TA's package. I know they can be purchased as gifts ($45 for a $50, $90 for a $100). I had heard a couple months ago that they were still appearing as OBC, and was wondering about the recent experience of returning cruisers.
