laundry on splendor - what type of detergent?

Anyone know if they use a detergent for senstive types if you use the laundry service on the Splendor?

 

I really want to take advantage of them doing a load of laundry for me so my family doesn't "overpack" clothes but we are allergic to detergent is it isn't made for sensitive skin, scent free, etc. We are also allergic to "fabric softners" used in wash or dryer sheets.
