AKAROA (Christchurch) swimming with DOLPHINS

We are doing the P&O (White Cloud Wonder) on Pacific Jewel from Sydney 29 Jan 2011 and I have heard about swimming with the dolphins in Akaroa Harbour.

 

Does anyone know if P&O offer this as a shore tour or has anyone actually done this tour and can review it please?

no idea, but I'm keen to hear if anyone has anything to add. We are in Christchurch around Nov this year, and your activity sounds fantastic :)

I imagine they would offer it Stan.

Akaroa is a tender port so your timing of any tour will depend on how soon you can get ashore.

If you have a look at the site , they have an email address, and perhaps you could ask them if they are making any arrangements for that day to cater for passengers, or if it has to be booked through the ship, if in fact the ship is offering it.

Ooooo, fun! If you can't swim with the dolphins, we had a great sailing experience with them with A-Class Sailing. FUN!
