SuzK Posted February 15, 2011 #3 Share Posted February 15, 2011 I agree on the salt issue. The limit is supposed to be 500mg per day for adult. Even "low cal" soups can have almost 400mg per serving. Lucky for me, I can't stand to salt my food but it makes me more sensitive to salt in foods. I like to cook, so I have a whole shelf of herbs.
