M.Gardener Posted February 11, 2005 #1 Share Posted February 11, 2005 Hi All, I just found a price for a cruise to Hawaii on RCCL in September. It's through a singles agency and they're listing an inside for only $995 (x2, because they find you a roomate). Other places are listing the PP at about twice that. Anyone know why? -Mary
mikesteg Posted February 14, 2005 #2 Share Posted February 14, 2005 This one company is probably quoting you around the standard pp price with double occupancy. (They might be adding a bit for the risk of having to absorb the cost on some cabins where a match is not available.) The others are most likely quoting you the standard price with the 100% supplement.
timm Posted February 14, 2005 #3 Share Posted February 14, 2005 Hi I saw this at discount travel agency in the local paper at $1350 with air from Seattle on either the Serenade or Radiance of the Seas. I too saw it on as a singles cruise but it was priced around $1150. Where did you see it at? These ships will be heading south after having spent the summer up here in the N.W., so I quess since there are not alot of sailing dates available the prices are cheaper. The above mentioned travel agency is a high volume agency which my travel agent in Seattle has a hard time beating for price. I cruised once with them a few years ago with no problems. I don't understand how they can offer it at so much lower price than say Expedia or ever RCL's own website? Sounds like a great value though. You planning on going?
