Has the Northern Lights ever been seen from a cruise ship around Quebec & Newfoundland?

Hi there, I have never seen them from a ship, but I do occasionally seem them from my parents' house, which is about 1 hour East of Quebec City on the South shore of the St. Lawrence river. When we see them they seem to be above the river, so I imagine you would see them from the river as well. They are not a regular occurence though, so please consider them a bonus rather than a given.
