There are 4small pharmacies in Coxen Hole, and a couple of clinics with pharmacies in French Harbor. These places may not carry everything, and there have been times in the past when the island's hospital/clinics have been short on certain commonly used drugs. Again, as I mentioned ont he Costa Maya board, if your ship is docking in Cozumel, this is the best port to obtain prescription drugs.
