Bon Voyage Gifts - too late to order?

I'd like to send a Bon Voyage Gift to my brother who is sailing on the Spirit Auguat 27 2010.

 

I was just on the NCL web site. It says the form must be faxed to the Group Event Coordinator 2 weeks prior to sailing. It also asks for the room number and reservation number. I don't know these.

 

Has anyone had experience ordering something 1 week before the cruise.

There should be a phone number that you can call rather than faxing. That way you can ask directly if you still have time. I have been successful by calling and only having the person's name, ship and sailing date.
