Manhattan Room Dancing

We were wondering what type of music the band plays in the Manhattan Room. We enjoy dancing swing, cha-cha, rhumba, etc. and were told that the Manhattan Room is like a NYC supper club.

The Freestyle Daily will let you know what type of music will be playing each night.

 

I know that in addition to the Manhattan Band that plays every night (not sure which genre), there is also a "theme" of music played later on every night, usually after the dinner service is over.

 

According to the first set of Freestyle Dailies from the Eastern cruises, these were the themes:

Saturday Night: Beatles Set (10:45pm-12am)

Sunday Night: Big Band Set (10:45pm)

Monday Night: R&B Set (10:45pm-12am)

Tuesday Night: Tribute to Billy Joel and Elton John (9:30pm)

Wednesday Night: Martini Night with Bernie and the Band (9:30pm)

Thursday Night: Evening Mix with Scratch DJ (7pm-9:30pm)

Friday Night: Latin Night with Manhattan Band (8:30pm-11pm)

 

Don't forget that Legends Unplugged show also takes place in the Manhattan Room on the nights that it isn't in the Epic Theater.
