Can we do Bio trip?

We will be in San Juan from 4:30 to 1:00 am. Our major problem: three kids, one is just three. Is there any way for us to go to one of the bio bay locations, or do they all use kayaks? We are cruising with Costa this time. They have a tour, but it is with two-person kayaks.

Does Costa have babysitting? I don't think I would take a three year old (I now have 3 older kids 13 thru 18). It might be worth it to just pay for the babysitting and go with the older two.
