Sorry to "hijack" but good to see you back Colo!

 

This is a resurrection of an old thread, so I don't think he's back.

 

I don't know his reasons for leaving, but as one who has left before and come back at a later date all fresh and brand new, sometimes it's healthy to get away!:)

 

As for the original topic, I've never understood why some people find Christmas offensive. I celebrate Christmas but have never been offended by hunukkah or other religions' various holidays. To each his own! I hope everyone enjoys their various holidays as much as I enjoy Christmas.

We were on the Golden during Christmas and New Years. There's something about being on a cruise ship at that time, and certainly not a frowny face for those who were on board. As I've said and others have too, not really a religious situation unless you choose to attend the services.
