We are booked for FOS in April and I had asked about that cabin. My TA said it usually sells the first day a cruise is open for booking. However, you can book another cabin and ask to be put on a waiting list for this.

I booked it for October 9, 2011 while I was on the Monarch at the end of August. Got my reduced deposit, $100 OBC, and applied a $65 savings cert :D
