Boston Park Service Tour

Rangers conduct a 90 minute walking tour of the downtown portion of Freedom Trail. The tour begins at the visitor center. Can anyone give me additional information? My family will be on the Jewel of the Seas leaving Boston on 10/2. Thanks.

We stopped at the Visitor Center near Fanueill Hall (sp?) run by the park service. Is that the one you mean? However, their tour started at 2:00 and with our ship departing at 4:30, we had to skip it. However, we did enjoy the 1 1/2 hour Boston-by-foot tour that started at 10:00. There were only 6 of us in the group and it cost 12 dollars each. Not sure if the National Park tour is free.
