Advanced Check In luggage service in NO?

Hi, has anyone used this service? Do you get off the ship as you normally would by zone or do you have to do the self assist? Are they located at the Carnival port or somewhere nearby? Any tips/advice?

That looks like a great find! Our flight doesn't leave till 5 pm and we've been wondering what to do with our luggage while we wander around downtown for a few hours. I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who may have used this service as well.
