Fast Boat/Tubing in Western Caribbean??

Does anyone know of any excursions that include a boat; snorkeling; relaxing at the beach and possibly tubing? We are going to Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Isla Roatan & Belize. We are trying to plan fun things to do and are in our early twenties so we have lots of energy! =)

There are message boards (separate ones) for each of your ports of call if you look under the heading "Caribbean".. you will get a lot more responses on those boards as people don't tend to frequent this board nearly as much.
