7 night cruise which nights formal please?

We are going on Constellation 23rd October for 7 night cruise, I am wondering which nights are formal? Just to help me decide which days to tour hard or not so hard! We have also made speciality bookings so would like to know if they overlap, any advice appreciated, thankyou.:)

On 7 night cruises the 2nd & 6th nights are formal.
