white chocolate mousse

Does anyone remember the white chocolate mousse with berries on the bottom that used to be served on the first night in the MDR (I think it was the first night)? It's been several years ago that my DH and I had this but we still talk about it. Does anyone know the recipe for this? I would LOVE to have it. Thanks!!

I have seen it before and seem to remember that it is actually quite easy to make.

 

I did a google search and, although this isn't the official Royal Caribbean Recipe, it is as close to it as I can remember.
