Cancellation question

We may have to cancel our upcoming cruises and I have a question.

We have the insurance through RC and do not have air, so this is only about the cruises (we are doing a B2B).

From my reading of the cruise insurance, it sounds like if you are cancelling for a restricted reason (i.e. one of the reasons listed that RC says it will not provide a cash refund for - job related) that you will be able to get cruise credit equal to 75% of the non-refundable value (though it one place it says "up to 75% and in another it says "75%").

Is this correct? Is it a full 75%?

Thanks (and please keep your fingers crossed that we won't have to cancel :D)
