Shopping Hours Over Easter Weekend?

We're arriving late on Friday (3/25) - too late for shopping. We've booked a tour on Saturday - that lasts till 4pm in Fajardo and includes a ride back to our hotel (Marriott - Condado). We'll probably go to Old San Juan for dinner that night. The next day is Easter Sunday. My guess is that we won't have any time that we can shop in San Juan... Does anyone know if the shops stay open in the evening past 6pm on Saturdays (especially the day before Easter) or would be open on Easter Sunday?
