Best Shore Excursions for Eastern Caribbean??

Could someone please suggest the best shore excursions for Bahamas, St Thomas & St Maarten? Traveling on the Dream May 2011 with large group of various ages ranging from age 12-65.

Considered the Atlantis waterpark in Bahamas(with free day passes from Comfort Suites?) but worried we are only there such a short time and not worth it?

So, looking for ideas for other two ports that won't kill the bank acct. tooo much! :eek: We love the beach and outdoors but also love to mingle with the locals and indulge in local cuisine.

 

Any help would be great! I am getting a headache trying to figure this all out and have would like to put together a short list for everyone to pick and choose from. Also, would you suggest booking tours outside of Carnival?

We're doing Sunny Liston's tour in St Maarten and Bernard's tour in St Thomas. Both are inexpensive and have very good reviews.
