The China they use in Chops

We sailed on Liberty a couple weeks ago and one friend in our group fell in love with the salt and pepper shakers used in Chops. The name on the bottom (also on the bottom of the dishes) was written down by her husband and now (of course:eek:) that piece of paper seems to be lost. Does anyone know who the maker of the China used in Chops is?
