Snorkeling After Tomas

We are leaving Nov 6 for Grand Caymans, Cozumel, Belize & Roatan. There are 12 of us, and we were excited about snorkeling at each port.

 

Even if Tomas turns north, how long will the water be choppy and cloudy?

 

Does anyone live in this area that would know?
