Scenic view above Skagway?

When we took Dyea Dave's tour, Becky took us up to a scenic view above Skagway and i don't remember the name of the place. Anyone remember it?

 

Also, from up there we saw a beautiful snow capped mountain far off in the distance behind some other mountains, anyone know the name of it?

Well the Klondike Highway has a very scenic expansive view just past the Moore Bridge.

 

But above, from Skagway is going to be the pull off on the Dyea Road- IF your reference is "Skagway". http://skagway.com/citymap.html

I Believe this is the spot you're talking about. I wish I remembered the name of this lookout.

Ok, this is the viewing parking pull off on Dyea Road. Noted on the above map, I posted, "scenic viewpoint".

We went with Dyea Dave also and I remember something about Dead Horse Canyon. I know the area in which you are referring but I can't remember if that is where Dead Horse Canyon was or if it was the "official" name.
