Lucaya and water sports

We are cruising on Dec. 26th and are interested if anyone knows if you can go parasailing, etc at the beach across from Lucaya Marketplace? If you can is it right on the beach where you can just walk up and pay to do this or do you need to make reservations ahead of time? Also, if you can just walk up to do this do they only take cash or do they take American Express credit card etc.
