Can You Help St. Lucia.

[Indy Island Hopper]

With the recent hurricane bringing destruction to St. Lucia, I am wondering if there is a way to coordinate a relief effort for those of us visiting the island aboard the Victory on December 5-12, 2010.

Spencer Ambrose, a local tour guide that we have had the honor to use in our prior visits told us that Soufriere was hit the hardest with over 2000 people now homeless.

Water is the biggest issue throughout the island but that would be hard for us to make a dent in. Spencer suggests clothing and toiletries are in real need. Stationery and the like for the kids.

My wife and I would be willing to work with Spencer and his family to coordinate getting the supplies where they need to go. We will be doing what we can. Can you help?
