Can you walk from the ship? Or do u have to take a cab? Were do the cabs pick u up at?

If your ship docks at the Puerto Langosta pier, it's within easy walking distance. If your ship docks at the International pier or the Costa Maya pier it's going to be quite a hike.

 

No matter which pier your ship docks at, cabs are readily available.
