Lvs2Cruise2 Posted November 25, 2010 #3 Share Posted November 25, 2010 Hi, thankyou for posting the videos! I am interested in the Hualtalco one, did you take a tour there ? Or did you just hire a taxi to take you around? Thanks for any help, we are stopping there in April and none of the ships tours are really jumping out at me! Francesco Posted November 26, 2010 Author #4 Share Posted November 26, 2010 Hi Lvs2Cruise2, Huatulco, being a new goverment planned development, is very nice, unspoiled (not yet), and easy to go around. We hired a taxi where the ship docked. There is a board that tells the rates for different hiring time. If I remember, we paid $25 hr per hr. If you walk further on the streets, you might pay less. After the tour you can have beer/food at many eating places on the beach and sit as long as you want or swim in front of the ship till sailing time. To us Huatulco is the most relaxing port of call. Thanks Francesco! I think we would rather do what you did and hire a taxi ourselves because the tours from the ship just aren't jumping out at us. It's the only port I can't seem to find an excursion. Loved your video, Huatulco looks beautiful!
lovevacadays Posted November 27, 2010 #6 Share Posted November 27, 2010 Thanks for posting your videos. I've been to Cabo 8 times but never get tired of looking at the beautiful Arches. I also am a lover of marinas so love hanging out in the marina area of Cabo.
